Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs: Sony

Finnegan attorneys  Mark Sommers, Naresh Kilaru, and Rosie Norwood-Kelly received a shout out for The AmLaw Litigation Daily “Litigator of the Week” which recognized a decision from the the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) in favor of Finnegan client Sony Group Corp. The TTAB  rejected  a trademark application for “SoniStream” filed by Neil Campbell, citing that Sony’s trademark is “exceedingly famous” and entitled to protection against dilution.
