ITC to Probe Apple, HP, Others Over Wireless Patents

The U.S. International Trade Commission (“ITC”) opened an investigation June 2 into Linex Technologies Inc.'s claims that Apple Inc., Hewlett-Packard Co., and several other electronics companies have infringed two of its wireless communications patents. Finnegan attorneys requested the ITC investigation on behalf of Linex Technologies and represent Linex Technologies in a recently-filed parallel matter before the federal district court in Delaware.
