Intellectual Asset Management Magazine Recognizes Finnegan and Nine Finnegan Partners as Leading Patent Litigators for 2011

WASHINGTON, DC - Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine has released its list of the world’s 250 leading patent litigators for 2011. IAM recognized Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, as a Tier 1 firm for patent litigation nationally. Peers and in-house counsel interviewed as part of the research process described Finnegan as “the top IP boutique in the U.S. market” and “thoroughly customer-focused,” with “a wealth of talented practitioners in each technology field.” IAM stated that Finnegan’s patent litigation group draws from “a pool of scientific and technical expertise and resources that is virtually unmatched across the U.S.” In addition to a Top Tier national ranking, Finnegan was also recognized as a Tier 1 law firm for patent litigation in Washington, DC, and the firm’s Atlanta office was highlighted for its strong presence in the most “significant jurisdiction within the southeast.”
