Finnegan Selects Three Attorneys for 2020 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Programs

March 5, 2020

Finnegan is pleased to select partner Danielle Duszczyszyn to be a member of the 2020 class of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows program, and attorneys Kara Specht and Nick Camillo to be members of the 2020 class of LCLD Pathfinders. The firm has several LCLD alumni and is excited to have three additional members benefit from the experience.

The LCLD Fellows program is designed to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Fellows participate in a year-long, in-depth program devoted to relationship-building, in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.

The LCLD Pathfinders participate in a program that trains high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies, including leadership and the building of professional networks. Participants receive intensive in-person training, online experiential learning, and opportunities to network with peers and esteemed LCLD Fellows and alumni in small group gatherings.

About the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
Founded in 2009, the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) has grown to an organization of more than 320 Members, who serve as either general counsel of major corporations or managing partners of the nation's leading law firms. United by a spirit of activism and personal commitment, LCLD Members participate widely in the programs they've created—leading by example, taking action, and challenging the legal profession to prepare future generations of diverse talent for the highest positions of leadership.
