Working Mother
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
September 15, 2020
WASHINGTON, DC—For the ninth consecutive year, Finnegan earned a spot on Working Mother’s 2020 “100 Best Companies” list. The firm was recognized for offering paid parental leave and opportunities to return to work gradually, as well as family-friendly benefits and opportunities for women to advance. Finnegan was one of only five law firms to make the list.
“Finnegan is honored to be recognized for our inclusive benefits for advancing women and supporting families,” said Finnegan managing partner Anand Sharma. “Now more than ever, it is necessary that we provide our working parents with adequate benefits to support their family life.”
The 2020 Working Mother 100 Best Companies application includes more than 400 questions on leave policies, workforce representation, benefits, childcare, advancement programs, flexibility, and more. It surveys the availability and usage of these programs, as well as the accountability of the many managers who oversee them.
