Finnegan Relocates Cambridge, Massachusetts Office to Boston's Seaport District

BOSTON, MA - Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP, one of the world’s largest intellectual property law firms, announced today the relocation of its Cambridge, Massachusetts office to Seaport East, Two Seaport Lane, Boston, Massachusetts, within the Seaport Place complex.

Seaport Place is a 2.26 million square foot mixed-use development consisting of Seaport East, Seaport West, the Seaport Hotel, Seaport World Trade Center, retail shops, and three urban green parks.  As the neighborhood’s pioneer development, Seaport Place has helped transform Boston’s waterfront into a thriving business community.  Michael R. McGurk, the managing partner of Finnegan’s Boston office, says “With the firm’s new 10-year lease, we have a prime seat to not only watch, but contribute to the further growth and development of Boston’s seaport district.  We are seeing tremendous growth in the area, and are very excited to be part of this new ‘innovation district,’ which is in close proximity to the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse.”
