Finnegan Earns Tier 1 Benchmark Litigation Rankings for Intellectual Property Work, with Five Partners Recognized as Litigation Stars

Benchmark Litigation released its 2023 rankings, naming Finnegan a top firm for Intellectual Property litigation work in the United States National rankings and for dispute resolution in Washington, DC. Five partners were recognized as Litigation Stars.

Paul W. Browning, Ph.D., is a first chair litigator focusing on patent litigation and appeals, primarily in the chemical and pharmaceutical areas, including Hatch-Waxman (ANDA) litigation.
