Finnegan is pleased to have three attorneys selected for the 2019 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s (LCLD) action programs. Clara Jiménez will be a member of the 2019 class of LCLD Fellows, and Aaron Clay and Shawn Chang will participate in LCLD’s Pathfinder program.
The LCLD Fellows Program identifies high-potential attorneys from diverse backgrounds and sets them on the path to leadership in their organizations. Over the course of the year-long fellowship, participants will enhance their professional development by attending conferences and trainings, building relationships, and honing their leadership skills. Finnegan has participated in this program since 2014, and five current attorneys are alumni of the program.
The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed to train diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys. The Pathfinder program provides tools and resources via professional networking and relationship building, leadership training, and career development strategies. Finnegan has participated in this program since 2017, with four current attorney alumni.
