WASHINGTON, DC—Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP is pleased to announce that Li Feng, Ph.D. has been selected for the 2015 Fellows Program of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). LCLD is a national organization of more than 220 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are dedicated to creating a truly diverse U.S. legal profession.
“We are proud that Li has been chosen to be part of LCLD’s prestigious Fellow Program,” said Finnegan managing partner James B. Monroe. “This program provides an opportunity for Li to further strengthen her leadership skills, while fostering and supporting a diverse environment within the legal profession.”
As an associate in Finnegan’s Washington, DC office, Ms. Feng focuses her practice on patent prosecution, opinion preparation, due diligence, interferences, and patent litigation. She joins a class of more than 175 attorneys from around the country who have been selected as LCLD Fellows for 2015.
Launched in 2011 and having trained more than 600 mid-career attorneys, the LCLD Fellows program’s mission is to increase diversity at the leadership levels of the nation’s law firms and corporate legal departments. Over the course of the year-long program, participants will be challenged to improve their professional brand, build relationships that enhance professional development, participate in corporate learning experiences, and sharpen stewardship and leadership skills. According to LCLD President Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Fellows Program offers participants “an extraordinarily rich year of relationship building, virtual and in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.”
