Chambers Recognizes Finnegan as an Elite Firm in its 2025 Associate Satisfaction Survey

May 13, 2025

Chambers & Partners

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
May 13, 2025

WASHINGTON, DC—Each year, Chambers & Partners invites associates from law firms to participate in an online 40-question satisfaction survey. Associates are asked to detail all aspects of firm life — from their initial impressions of the firm and its competitors to their relationships with partners and clients, to the firm's approach to pro bono work.  Chambers recently released its 2025 Associate Satisfaction Survey report, where Finnegan was recognized as Elite in the Career Development and Retention categories. To be deemed Elite, a firm must receive a Top 10 ranking. Finnegan was also recognized as an Excellent Performer in the Most Satisfied Associates and Pro Bono categories and Endorsed in the Benefits/Quality of Life category.

While Finnegan is thrilled to receive recognition from Chambers, being lauded by Finnegan associates for the firm’s commitment to their professional growth and development is most gratifying. Finnegan’s mission is to not just attract, but to develop and elevate the top legal talent in the field of intellectual property. Through strategic recruitment, comprehensive training programs, and a steadfast commitment to ongoing professional development, we help pave the way for associates to not only start their careers at the firm, but once here, experience career satisfaction and a sense of belonging. According to the associates interviewed, the culture at Finnegan contributes largely to their satisfaction. “I remember walking out of my interview with some of the partners and associates immediately knowing that these are the type of people I want to work with,” one associate recalled. “It was very consistent. Everyone was saying the same things about the culture, and it was clear the people liked working there. I could feel their genuine happiness!”
