BTI Consulting Recognizes Finnegan as a “Standout in IP Litigation”

BTI Consulting released its 2019 Litigation Outlook report, highlighting trends in litigation across various sectors. In the report, corporate counsel identified Finnegan as a “Standout in IP Litigation”.

The report, which is based on more than 350 in-depth interviews and feedback from corporate counsel and legal decision makers, notes that IP litigation is expected to grow faster than any other sector of litigation in 2019. It states, “This high projected growth for 2019 means the companies with IP litigation matters on their hands are funneling substantially more dollars to this area than in 2017 and 2018."
