AIA at 10: Patent Board Proves Durable Strategies Have to Shift

In recognition of the ten-year anniversary of the America Invents Act (AIA), Bloomberg Law interviewed Finnegan partner and leader of the firm’s electrical and computer technology practice group, Erika Arner, to discuss how the act caused a shift in careers among patent practitioners. Erika said, “It created an entirely new practice area for a lot of us. It changed everything.”
