This year, The American Lawyer added a new component to the ranking formula: a female equity partner score, which ranks AmLaw 200 firms by their percentage of female equity partners. With scores of 90.5 and 86 (on a 100 point scale), The American Lawyer noted that Finnegan's Diversity and Female Equity Partner scores, respectively, are on par with and even well above many higher ranked firms.
