Patent Agents
Our Boston office is seeking Patent Agents with a background in biology to draft and prosecute patent applications, participate in opinion and portfolio management work, and contribute to transaction and diligence projects.
A science background in vaccines, mRNA technology, biochemistry, peptide chemistry, gene therapy, immunology, or antibodies is required. Advanced degrees are preferred.
USPTO registration number is required, and previous work experience as a registered Patent Agent is preferred.

The base annual pay range for this role is between $105,000 - $200,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
