Litigation Associate - Computer Hardware & Software

Finnegan’s Electrical and Computer Technology litigation and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) teams continue to grow and are seeking mid-level to senior litigation associates with experience in computer hardware and software in our Atlanta Office. 

Successful candidates must have 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB. Must have at least 4 years solid litigation experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree required. Exceptional writing skills are a must. USPTO registration number preferred.

The base annual pay range for this role is between $310,000 - $390,000. The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
