Nikita Alymov ist zugelassener deutscher Rechtsanwalt und berät in allen Bereichen des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes mit Schwerpunkt auf Patentstreitverfahren. Nikita konnte bereits praktische Erfahrungen in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld in München und London sammeln, was ihm in seiner täglichen Arbeit mit Mandanten aus der ganzen Welt zugute kommt.
Als Rechtsanwalt berät und vertritt Nikita Mandanten in komplexen Streitigkeiten im Bereich des gewerblichen Rechtsschutzes. Seine Arbeit reicht von der vorprozessualen Verletzungsanalyse, dem einstweiligen Rechtsschutz, Schutz von Geschäftsgeheimnissen, Patentverletzungen bis hin zu Zwangslizenzverfahren vor dem Bundespatentgericht.
Bevor Nikita bei Finnegan anfing, arbeitete er als Rechtsanwalt in der Praxisgruppe für Patentstreitigkeiten einer europäischen IP-Kanzlei. Während dieser Zeit erwarb er einen LL.M. Abschluss in IP-Recht an der Queen Mary University of London. Nikita engagierte sich in auch an der Pro-Bono-Klinik der Queen Mary University (qLegal). Dort beriet er in seiner Funktion als „legal adviser“ Start-ups und Entrepreneure zu Fragen des geistigen Eigentums während der Gründungsphase des Unternehmens.
