Finnegan attorney Naoki Yoshida will present at the U.S. Patent Seminar—Basic Course hosted by the Toshiba Techno Center. The course will introduce the fundamentals of U.S. patent prosecution and the procedures for obtaining a patent in the United States. The course will cover previous and current patent law, the America Invents Act, as well as important considerations while developing a U.S. patent portfolio. The presentations will be in Japanese.
