Patent Resources Group Advanced Courses

The Patent Resources Group provides advanced patent law courses for established patent practitioners. Finnegan attorneys Brandon Rash, Esther Lim, Houtan Esfahani, Luke McCammon, and Justin Hendrix will present “U.S. Electrical and Computer Patent Practice.” Tom Irving, Jill MacAlpine, and Li Feng will present "Chemical Patent Practice." Bryan Diner, Andy Holtman, and Tony Gutowski will present "Patent Due Diligence: Maximizing Value & Assessing Risk in Purchases, Sales, and Licensing of Assets." Brian Kacedon and Bill Pratt will present "Drafting Patent License Agreements." Tom Irving and Li Feng will present "Bio/Pharma Prosecution." Hazel Ford and Martin Hyden will present "European Patent Practice: What Every U.S. Practitioner Should Know."
