Finnegan will co-sponsor the IP session at the annual corporate counsel meeting focused on key issues affecting in-house legal practice in Korea and throughout the region today. Finnegan attorneys Charles H. Suh will present "Protection from Discovery: U.S. Attorney Client Privilege and Work Product," and Minjae Kang will present "Inequitable Conduct and the U.S. Duty of Disclosure." The program will take place at the Lotte Hotel Seoul.
