2016 Finnegan Seoul Spring Seminar - Managing US IP Litigation

IP litigation in the United States is an ever-increasing risk for Korean companies with a successful business in the US market. In this first seminar hosted by Finnegan’s new Seoul Office, Finnegan attorneys Charles H. Suh, Richard L Stroup, Anand K. Sharma and Smith R. Brittingham IV, with guest lecturer Hwan Sung Park from Lee & Ko, will discuss tips and ideas on how to better manage IP litigation in the context of changing rules and recent case law. This seminar is intended for mid to senior level IP managers with at least a basic understanding of US IP litigation.
