18th Annual International Technology Law Conference

National Chiao Tung University's Institute of Technology Law is hosting the 18th Annual International Technology Law Conference. Finnegan partner Ming Yang will present "Change in Patent Litigation Strategies Two Years After the AIA—Prominent Use of IPRs, Litigation Stays, and New Negotiation Leverage." The conference will bring together international legal practitioners, industry, government officials, and academics to discuss the current procedures, trends, and strategies in intellectual property. The event will be held in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
