As part of McGill University and IPIC’s Intellectual Property Summer Courses, Finnegan partner Doug Rettew will present “Trademark Litigation in the U.S. – What Practitioners Need to Know for Canadian Clients.” The program will provide an overview on the basics of Canadian trademark procurement and the fundamentals of trademark management and contentious proceedings.
