As a part of the Washington Area Lawyers for the Arts’ workshop series, Finnegan attorney Morgan Smith will facilitate the “Trademark Workshop.” The program will examine the function of trademarks, discuss the difference between a registered and unregistered trademark, and provide best practices for utilizing trademarks.
