Finnegan attorney Mike Elmer will participate as faculty in the University of Washington School of Law’s Center for Advanced Study and Research on Intellectual Property summer forum. The program teaches the fundamentals of patent prosecution, patent litigation, and technology licensing and management, from a comparative law perspective.
