Finnegan is a sponsor of the 12th annual Institute for Intellectual Property and Social Justice (IIPSJ) CLE Seminar. Finnegan partner Esther Lim will serve as co-chair; Dori Hines and Doug Rettew will co-present “Patent and Trademark Year in Review.” Bryan Diner will moderate the panel discussion “Conflicting Claim Construction Standards at the District Court and PTAB: Realities and Implications.” CLE credit applications have been filed for Alabama, California, Delaware, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia. The program will take place at the Howard University School of Law Library in Washington, DC.
