Yinan's practice further incorporates patent prosecution, strategic client counseling, and portfolio development. She is well-versed in a variety of technical areas, including wireless technologies, computer networks, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, encryption, haptic feedback technology, mobile applications, digital rights management, medical devices, semiconductors, and radio frequency (RF) technologies.
While in law school, Yinan was an editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology and held a leadership role in Harvard Law School's Blockchain and Fintech Initiative (HLSBFI).
