Yannick Schütt, a German and European patent attorney, focuses on German patent litigation and nullity proceedings as well as opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA). He is also a Unified Patent Court (UPC) representative. Yannick's extensive education in computer science makes him particularly knowledgeable about computer-implemented inventions. He also provides advice on technical fields such as mechanics, electronics, medical devices, and telecommunications.
Prior to becoming a patent attorney, Yannick gained international working experience in various industries. He works with clients innovating in technical areas ranging from artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and cryptography to mobile communications, network technologies, and semiconductor manufacturing.
