He draws on his clinical and research-based studies to assess technical issues in patent disputes, particularly those related to active pharmaceutical ingredients and methods of treatment. Prince has supported and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between research and development (R&D) and IP protection.
Prior to joining the firm, Prince completed an IP internship at a global pharmaceutical company, where he assisted in patent strategy and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses for early- and late-stage chemical compounds. He gained further clinical and academic experience through advanced pharmacy practice rotations in medication safety, academia, and therapy management. Prince served as a teaching assistant in pharmacotherapeutics and medicinal chemistry. He has held leadership roles in student organizations focused on cultural competence and IP law.
