Trademark Trainee Attorney
Eleanor Craig-Fisher focuses on all aspects of trademark portfolio management, advising clients on registrations, oppositions, and prosecutions. She utilises her background in protecting intellectual property in the media and entertainment sector to advise clients across an increasing range of industries, including packaging, media, and hospitality.
Before joining Finnegan, Eleanor worked for an international television production and distribution company in the music department, analysing contracts to assess underlying copyrights in both the music and the overall show. She was a key correspondent in collaborating between musicians, publishing houses and collecting societies.
Eleanor studied history at The University of Edinburgh before converting to study law. As a law student, she focused on commercial law and intellectual property, media and entertainment, and private acquisitions.
