Devan K.T. Knapp

Devan has experience assisting with district court litigation matters and prosecuting patents before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO). As a summer extern with the USPTO, he gained insight into the patent application review system. 

While attending law school, Devan served as research editor on the Georgia State University Law Review’s executive board. His work as a summer associate at Finnegan included researching patent and trademark issues as well as assisting with pro bono cases.  

During Devan’s undergraduate studies, he interned for two globally recognized pharmaceutical companies, gaining insight about drug development and manufacturing. Devan was also a captain of the university’s lacrosse team.
