Webinar
On November 27, the Supreme Court of the United States will hear oral arguments in Oil States Energy Services, LLC v. Greene’s Energy Group, LLC (No. 16-712), and SAS Institute Inc. v. Matal (No. 16-969), to determine whether inter partes review (IPR) at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) is a constitutional practice, and whether the PTAB must provide a final written decision for every claim in an IPR petition.
Finnegan attorneys will be on the ground at the Supreme Court to witness the Justices’ musings as they determine the fate of IPR. Join the team for insights from the oral arguments and to discuss the potential ramifications of the Court’s rulings.
