Finnegan partner Erin Sommers will lead Forum Institute for Management’s course comparing patent law in the United States and Europe. The program will consider the differences between the European and U.S. patent systems, the preparation of a global patent application, patent prosecution after the AIA, recent U.S. decisions affecting European patent practice, and post-grant challenges in the United States.
