- Strategic Patent Drafting: How to maximize coverage in view of current eligibility (§ 101), definiteness (§ 112), and patentability (§§ 102 and 103) requirements
- Tools for Challenging Competitor Patents (administrative versus trial procedures)
- Top U.S. Supreme Court and Federal Circuit Decisions (estoppel; exhaustion; infringement; venue)
