Finnegan partners D. Patrick O’Reilley, Tim May, and D. Brian Kacedon will serve as faculty at the Licensing Executives Society and Technologisch Instituut program “US Licensing - Learning the Art of Drafting Patent License Agreements.” The seminar will discuss transfer of rights to patents, patent applications, and inventions, international licenses, unpatented technology agreements, antitrust, and Lear v. Adkins. The program will take place at Ingenieurshuis - KVIV in Antwerp, Belgium.
