Stanford Symposium on the PTO and the Courts

Finnegan partner Aaron Capron will participate in a panel featuring lawyers and judges discussing the issues practitioners face with the USPTO post-grant review administrative proceedings heard by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). The symposium, hosted by the Stanford Program in Law, Science & Technology, will be held at Paul Brest Hall on the Stanford University campus.
