Software Patent Primer: Acquisition, Exploitation, Enforcement and Defense

Finnegan attorney Jay Westermeier will teach an introductory course addressing the process of acquiring patents, the forms of exploitation available through licensing and other types of agreements, and discuss how to prosecute and defend patent infringement suits.
