Finnegan partner Virginia Carron will moderate the panel discussion "Ethics" at the State Bar of Georgia's 23rd annual Intellectual Property Law Institute, and will introduce the presentations "Lessons in Professionalism," Patent Trial and Appeal Board," "Federal Circuit Mock Argument," and "Patents in the United States: A View from the USPTO." David Weingarten will participate in the mock argument. The program will take place at the Omni Plantation Resort on Amelia Island, Florida.
