Finnegan partner Esther Lim will serve as co-chair; Dori Hines and Doug Rettew will co-present “Patent and Trademark Year in Review.” Bryan Diner will moderate the panel discussion “Conflicting Claim Construction Standards at the District Court and PTAB: Realities and Implications.” CLE credit applications have been filed for Alabama, California, Delaware, Georgia, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia.
