Finnegan partners Greg Gramenopoulos and Anthony Tridico will present "U.S. Patent Law Updates" during a seminar on the latest patent law updates for Japan and the United States, co-hosted with the Papula-Nevinpat and Shiga firms. The presentation will consider:
- Strategic Patent Drafting: How to maximize coverage in view of the current eligibility (§ 101), definiteness (§112) and patentability (§§ 102 and 103) requirements
- Tools for Challenging Competitor Patents (administrative versus trial procedures)
- Top U.S. Supreme Court and Federal Circuit Decisions (estoppel; exhaustion; infringement; venue)
