Finnegan Seoul Seminar: Mock Litigation and Trial

Finnegan’s Seoul office will host a mock patent infringement litigation and trial where members of the audience will be divided into small groups and participate as judges and/or members of the jury. The mock litigation will be conducted in modules. In each module, a particular procedure will first be explained and then demonstrated by Finnegan litigation attorneys. After the demonstration, each small group will engage in a discussion, facilitated by a Finnegan attorney, to render a group decision on which side should win.
