Developing Your Patent Portfolio

As part of Green Chemistry & Commerce Council's webinar series, Finnegan partners Adriana Burgy, Shana Cyr, and Tom Irving will discuss strategies for developing and maintaining a global patent portfolio, considering when and where to file patent applications, how many applications to file, how much information to share with investors without forfeiting patent rights, and other ways that inventors and companies have inadvertently forfeited their patent rights.
