As part of ITC Trial Lawyers Association's West Coast program, Finnegan partner Eric Fues will participate in a panel discussion on the Federal Circuit's long-awaited Suprema decision. The program will focus on what the ruling means to indirect infringement claims and issues related to infringement at the time of importation.
