Finnegan attorney David Hill will participate in the panel discussion "The Patent Pendulum, Product of Changes in the Position of the U.S. Supreme Court and its Impact on our Countries," and Finnegan attorney Clara N. Jiménez will moderate the panel discussion "Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH): Implications for Latin American Countries," at the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) XIX Congress. The program will take place at the Cartagena de Indias Convention Center in Cartagena, Colombia.
