Additionally, Finnegan partner Mareesa Frederick will present “Key Differences Between District Court Litigation and ITC Litigation;” Tom Irving will be recognized as a “Titan of the Bar;” and Tom and Stacy Lewis will moderate the “Advanced Chemical/Pharma Patent Practice Institute: A Post Doc Bootcamp.” The conference will take place at in The Roosevelt New Orleans.
