Advanced IP Workshop—Internet-Related Patent Litigation and Defenses

The program features an in-depth discussion on patent issues Chinese internet companies need to consider when their services cross into the United States.

Internet companies in China are expanding tremendously. Their service scope has extended from China to overseas. As Chinese internet companies’ services become available to consumers in the United States, they also become subject to the jurisdiction of U.S. intellectual property laws. In this workshop, the speakers will discuss patent litigations involving Google, Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, and eBay.
