USPTO Extends Time for Comments on Proposed Rules

The USPTO has extended the period for public comment on the proposed amendments to the rules of practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board that was published in the Federal Register on August 20, 2015. The comment period has now been extended until November 18, 2015. Additional details may be found on the USPTO website.
