As a follow-on to the blog post dated May 7, 2013, below is an updated snapshot of the IPR filings to-date. All data was retrieved from the Patent Review Processing System (PRPS) from September 16, 2012, to August 31, 2013 (including those dates), and encompasses filings that have and have not been instituted. Thus, the data presented below includes those filings with a status of pending, instituted, and not instituted.
