Attorney
Finnegan’s Bio/Pharm Practice Group is seeking an attorney to manage and supervise patent prosecution, due diligence, and FTO work. The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience: running day to day supervision and training of technical specialists and junior attorneys; working on prosecution, due diligence, FTO, counseling matters; and handling large clients with big portfolios globally.
Candidates must be licensed to practice before the USPTO and in a state where Finnegan has an office.
A hard science background, particularly in molecular/cellular biology, gene therapy or antibodies, is required. An advanced degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
Ideally, the candidate will be based in Boston but we are open to candidates located in areas where we have other offices, as well as candidates who want to work remotely.
We offer a flexible billable hour requirement, competitive pay and bonus structure, and a generous benefits package.
