Seminar on United States Patent Law & Recent Case Law

Finnegan partners Anthony Tridico, Martin Hyden, and Timothy May will discuss recent case law on United States patents at a seminar hosted by the Association of Patent & Trademark Attorneys in Italian Industry. The program will consider drafting and prosecution strategies for U.S. and EP applications; freedom to operate, willful infringement, and opinions of counsel; and tactics for dealing with competitor patents.
