As part of German Jordanian University’s Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Discussion Series, Finnegan attorneys Laith Abu-Taleb, Anthony Del Monaco, and Lou Troilo will present “Intellectual Property Rights.” The program will consider how to identify valuable patents and trademarks during product development; steps an inventor should follow when seeking intellectual property protection; licensing and monetization; and utility and design patents.
